摘要
国企领导者承担着具有战略性、综合性、决策性和超前性的工作,是率领职工群众振兴、发展企业的带头人和富民强企的责任人。要履行好职责,国企领导者就必须警惕"泡沫威信",提高自身素质,在职工群众中建立起真正的威信。分析国企领导者"泡沫威信"产生的原因,对提升"人气指数"的方法和途径进行探讨。
leaders of state - owned enterprises are shouldering the work of strategy, comprehension, policy - making and time - outstripping, are the guide to lead employee to develop the enterprise and the persons of responsibility to make employee rich and the enterprise strong. To do all this well, the leaders must be alarm of "bubble prestige", improve personal quality, thus build up real prestige in the employee. Analyzed the reasons causing "bubble prestige" of the leaders, probed into methods and approaches to arouse "Population density index".
