摘要
以高粱粉培养基作为基础培养基,在其中分别添加5种常见无机盐:KH2PO4,MgSO4,ZnSO4,NaCl,CaCl2,每种无机盐设计5种不同浓度,测定平菇母种菌丝体在不同浓度的无机盐中的生长状况。结果表明:0.3%KH2PO4、0.45%MgSO4、0.5%ZnSO4、0.9%NaCl对平菇生长最有促进作用,而低浓度的CaCl2对平菇菌丝生长无明显的促进作用,高浓度的CaCl2有抑制作用。
The basic culture medium is the Chinese sorghum powder, with 5 different inorganic salts (KH2 PO4, MgSO4. ZnSO4 ,NaCl,CaCl2 ). Every inorganic salt includes 5 different density, to assay the growth situation of the Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium. The results demonstrated that 0. 3%KH2PO4.0. 45%MgSO4.0. 5% ZnSO4,0. 9% NaCl could promote the growth of the mycelium, and low density CaCl2 had no obvious promotion effect while high density CaCl2 inhibited the growth.
