关于培养经贸外语人才的思考

Training Qualified Students with Business Knowledge Serves the Local Economic Construction

通过对泉州地区37家企业的企业员工学历及专业情况,外语各项根本技能要求的调研,对人才知识结构需求等方面进行了剖析,对本地区复合型外语人才的需求状况有了较深入的了解,对于学院今后专业设置及人才培养模式改革将产生深远影响。

The purpose of higher education teaching reform is to improve the student＇s qualification. Local universities and colleges should provide qualified students for the local economic construction according to the need of society and market. This paper analyses the academic credentials of the enterprise staff,the staff＇s ability of using foreign language and the knowledge structure,based on the survey of 37 local enterprises of Quanzhou. Thus, the requirement of the qualified students with foreign language knowledge is clear,and the speciality and teaching reform should be on the surveys basis.
