摘要
用麦秸与聚乙烯复合制备了替代木材使用的麦秸/聚乙烯复合材料,研究了麦秸用量、相容剂用量对复合材料的力学性能的影响,并观察了复合材料的形态。结果表明,随着麦秸粉用量的增加,复合材料的力学性能都下降;随着马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAPE)用量的增加,复合材料的力学性能先升后降,MAPE的用量在9~12份之间时,所得复合材料的综合性能最好。添加MAPE的复合材料界面结合较好。
Wheat straw was compounded with PE to prepare a new composite, which could be used as a substitute for natural wood. The effects of the contents of straw and compatibilizer on the mechanical properties and prorcessability, as well as the morphology of the composite, were studied. The results showed with the increase of the content of straw flour, the mechanical properties of the composite downgraded, while the mechanical properties upgraded first and then downgraded with the increase of MAH-g-PE (MAPE)content; when the content of MAPE was 9 - 12 phr, the overall properties of the composite were the best; the addition of MAPE made the interfacial bonding of the composite better.
