摘要
用乙酸乙烯酯的方法合成了一系列取代度不同的乙酰淀粉,应用转矩流变仪研究了乙酰取代度对扭矩的影响;并以L25(65)正交试验综合考察了增塑剂、转速、温度对其转矩流变性能的影响。结果表明,乙酰取代度的增加使得流变平衡扭矩和最大扭矩同步降低;温度、转速、增塑剂对扭矩值有明显影响;筛选出较合理的试验配方和条件为:取代度大于0.24的乙酰淀粉100g,相对分子质量200的聚乙二醇20g,甘油和山梨醇各20g,转速25r/min,温度170℃。
A series of acetyl starch with different substitutions was synthesized by means of vinyl-acetate method. The effect of acetyl substitution on torque was studied by means of torque rheometer. The effects of plasticizer, rotational speed and temperature on the torque performance were studied by means of L25 (6^5)orthogonal experiment. The results indicated the increase of the acetyl substitution decreased the balanced and maximum torque values synchronously; the temperature, rotational speed and plasticizer had obvious effects on the torque rating. Reasonable experimental formula was screened: acetyl starch 100 g, the degree of substitution of which was greater than 0.24, polyethylene glycol (molecular weight 200) 20 g, glycerine 20 g, sorbitol 20 g, speed 25 r/min and temperature 170 ℃.
