摘要
基于机械动力学理论和方法,建立了TK6915型数控落地铣镗机床进给传动系统的动力学模型;采用MATLAB软件对模型进行系统仿真,获得反映系统性能变化的仿真结果,上述结果为改善和优化数控落地铣镗机床进给伺服系统的设计提供了理论和试验基础。
Feed transmission system model of TK6915 NC boring and milling machine was constructed by applying theoretics and means of mechanical dynamics, Simulation model of this system is based on Matlab software, which can obtain simulation result for reflecting the change of system performance. The results provide theoretical and experimental basis for improving and optimizing design of the feed servo system of this kind of NC machine tool.
