摘要
介绍了数控托架的运动情况,在总结数控托架的变形规律的基础上,根据ANSYS分析的结果,运用拉格朗日插值法构造数控托架的变形方程,避免了大量参数的求解。本方法在工程实践中有效地解决了误差过大的问题,取得了良好的效果。
The movement of the CNC facility was introduced. The deformation of the CNC facility along with different rotational angle was obtained, and the formulas of the deformation were constructed by using lagrange interpolation polynomial according to the result of CAE analysis, which avoids calculating the parameters of the facility. The method was proved to be effective in engineering practice.
