摘要
研究开发一种基于PMAC多轴运动控制卡的、面向Stewart构型并联机床的标准NC代码处理器系统,以在并联机床领域实现一个针对传统数控机床用户的NC程序接口。该系统将并联机床在运动学上的特点隐藏在系统内部,使传统数控机床终端用户能够方便自如地操控并联机床,增强并联机床的兼容性和通用性。
A standard NC code processor facing parallel kinematic machine (PKM) tool and basing on PMAC was developed, which realizes a customized interface of NC code in the PKM field. In the processor, the kinematic characters of PKM are hided within it to give convenience for the traditional NC user. This may make the PKM more compatible and more universal.
