摘要
为了实现轮胎花纹的反求设计,测取轮胎花纹点云数据是非常关键的一步。通过采用多种测量设备和方法对轮胎花纹进行测量,实验结果表明采用COMET系统能够有效测取包括轮胎花纹凹槽、缝隙等微细特征,这为后面轮胎花纹的反求设计提供了条件。
In order to finish the reverse engineering (RE) design of tyre tread pattern, it is very importance to capture the point cloud date of tyre tread pattern. The tyre tread pattern was measured with several measure machines and methods. The result indicates that the COMET system can measure effectively some tiny characteristic of the tyre tread pattern such as scoop channel and the gap.
