摘要
热变形是影响机床精度的主要因素之一。本文采用了将高速雕铣机丝杠的热变形误差值加入到执行数据中,通过修改G代码而实现热变形误差的补偿。经实际生产应用表明:该方法既不影响机床的高速性能,又能使机床的精度得到较大幅度的提高。
Thermal deformation is one of the main factors that influence a tool machine precision. The error amount of temperature distortion of guide screw of high-speed carving and milling machine was delivered to delivering software, the thermal error compensation was achieved by modification G code. The result of practical application shows the method has less influence on the high-speed function of the machine, and can improve the precision of the machine greatly.
