摘要
[目的]调查延边农村地区朝鲜族和汉族人群不同类型肥胖分布特征.[方法]于2004年8月—2005年8月间,在延边地区图们市和安图县4个乡镇内采用单纯随机原则抽取30岁以上朝鲜族和汉族人群1786人,测量身高、体重、腰围及臀围等体格指标.[结果]朝鲜族和汉族男性整体型肥胖的粗患病率分别为16.2%,24.1%,女性分别为27.1%,30.8%;男性的标准化患病率分别为19.9%,24.7%,女性分别为26.3%,29.7%;汉族男性粗患病率高于朝鲜族男性,而汉族男女标准化患病率均显著高于朝鲜族男女.朝鲜族和汉族男性以腰围臀围比值(WHR)为诊断指标而诊断为向心性肥胖的粗患病率分别为35.4%,33.9%,女性分别为60.2%,52.4%;,男性的标准化患病率分别为33.9%,31.6%,女性分别为53.4%,51.1%;朝鲜族女性粗患病率高于汉族女性,而朝鲜族男女标准化患病率均显著高于汉族.朝鲜族和汉族男性以腰围身高比值(WHtR)为诊断指标而诊断为向心性肥胖的粗患病率分别为49.5%,47.6%,女性分别为69.8%,60.9%;男性标准化患病率分别为48.8%,44.0%,女性分别为63.7%,60.3%;朝鲜族女性粗患病率高于汉族女性,而朝鲜族男女标准化患病率均显著高于汉族.[结论]延边农村地区朝鲜族和汉族人群的不同类型肥胖水平的分布特征间存在差异.
OBJECTIVE To analyze the distributing characteristics of different types of obesity and its related factors among Korean-Chinese (KC) and Han nationality (H) in countryside community of Yanbian area METHODS Using August 2004 to Au simple randomized princi gust 2005 in four towns, pia, Ant 1 786 people of KC and H aged ≥30 years were selected from u and Tumen of Yanbian. The height, body mass index(BMI), waistline, hipline and blood pressure etc. were measured. RESULTS The crude rate of BMI≥25 kg/m^2 was 16.2% in the male of KC and 24.1% in the male of H, and it' s 27.1% and 30.8% among female, respectively; the age adjusted prevalence rates were 19.9 % and 24.7 % in male, and it's 26.3 % and 29.7 % in female, respectively. The age adjusted rates of BMI≥25 kg/m^2 in H were significantly higher than that in the KC. For male, the crude rate of waist hip ratio (WHR) was 35.4% in the KC and 33.9% in the H, and it' s 60.2% and 52.4% among female, respectively; the age adjusted prevalence of WHR was 33.9% and 31.6% in male, and it's 53.4% and 51.1% in female, respectively. The rate of crude of WHR in the KC was significantly higher than that in the H among female and the age-adjusted prevalence of WHR in the KC was significantly higher than that in the H in both sex. For male, the crude rate of W/Ht ratio≥0.5 was 49.5% in the KC and 47.6% in the H, and it's 69.8% and 60.9% among female, respectively; the age adjusted prevalence of W/t-It ratio was 48.8% and 44.0 % in male, and it' s 63.7 % and 60.3 % in female, respectively. The rate of crude of W/t-It ratio in the KC was significantly higher than that in the H among female and the age-adjusted prevalence of W/t-It ratio in the KC was significantly higher than that in the H in both sex. CONCLUSION The Distributing characteristics of the different types of obesity are significant different between the H and KC in countryside community of Yanbian.
