摘要
[目的]了解正常足月新生儿脐带血血脂水平,为临床筛查新生儿脂质代谢异常提供实验依据.[方法]采用酶法同时测定172例足月新生儿脐带血血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)值.[结果]足月新生儿脐带血平均TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C值分别为(1.61±0.57)mmol/L,(0.50±0.20)mmol/L,(0.53±0.13)mmol/L,(1.15±0.60)mmol/L,男女间比较无显著性差异.[结论]足月新生儿TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C脂质代谢筛查参考标准为TC>2.78mmol/L,TG>0.85mmol/L,LDL-C>2.43mmol/L,HDL-C<0.35mmol/L.
OBJECTIVE The lipids levels of umbilical cord blood were detected in newborn infants to provide the laboratory basis for the clinical screening for newborns with abnormal lipid metabolism. METHODS It was detected in 172 cases of infants at the same time that the total cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）. RESULTS The mean vales of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in umbilical cord blood were （1.61 ± 0.57） mmol/L, （0.50± 0.20） mmol/L, （0.53 ± 0.13） mmol/L and （ 1.15 ± 0.60） mmol/L, respectively. There was no statistical difference between two genders. CONCLUSION The recommended screening cut off points were TC〉2.78 mmol/L, TG 〉0.85 mmol/L, LDL-C〉2.43 mmol/L and HDL-C〈0.35 mmol/L.
