儿童腹型过敏性紫癜误诊为阑尾炎7例

Clinical analysis of 7 cases of child abdominal type allergic purpura misdiagnosed as appendicitis

[背景]探讨儿童腹型过敏性紫癜误诊为阑尾炎的原因.[病例报告]对7例腹型过敏性紫癜误诊患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,手术前均被误诊为急性阑尾炎,且均实施了阑尾切除术.[讨论]腹型过敏性紫癜目前尚无特异性辅助检查方法,诊断困难,易造成误诊.

BACKGROUND To summarize the reasons of child abdominal type allergic purpura misdiagnosed as appendicitis. CASE REPORTS It was retrospectively analyzed that 7 cases of abdominal type allergic purpura misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis. Appendectomy was operated in all patients with abdominal type allergic purpura. DISCUSSION There is no special assistant test in diagnosis for the abdominal type allergic purpura, and therefore it is not so easy diagnosis and must be avoided misdiagnosis in clinic.
