纤维喉镜下Nd:YAG激光治疗声带息肉370例

Treatment of 370 cases of vocal cord polyps by Nd:YAG laser assisted with fibrolaryngoscope

[背景]探讨纤维喉镜辅助下用Nd:YAG激光切除声带息肉的疗效.[病例报告]在纤维喉镜辅助下用Nd:YAG激光切除声带息肉370例,一次性治愈者为315例(85%);好转者为55例(15%),其中20例因存在息肉残留而行2次手术,35例为双侧声带息肉患者,行另一侧声带息肉切除术.随访6个月,治愈者为361例(97%),好转者为9例(3%).[讨论]在纤维喉镜辅助下用Nd:YAG激光切除声带息肉疗效满意.

BACKGROUND To analyze the therapeutic effects for vocal cord polyps treated by Nd：YAG laser assisted with fibrolayngoscope. CASE REPORTS 370 cases of vocal cord polyps were treated by Nd：YAG laser assisted with fibrolaryngoscope. Among 370 cases, 315 cases （85%） were cured by first therapy; 55 cases （15 % ） were improved, of them 20 cases were cured by second operation for residual polypus, and 35 cases were bilateral polypus, and then cured by operation of the other side. 361 cases （97 % ） were cured, 9 cases（3 % ） had effective after 6 months follow-up survey. DISCUSSION The method of the vocal cord polypectomy by Nd： YAG laser assisted with fibrolaryngoscope has satisfied effects.
