科学发展观是中国共产党在建设中国特色社会主义现代化过程中的理论创新。科学发展观对高校德育工作提出了新的要求。在新时期高校德育工作的全新背景下,高校应在科学发展观指导下,对德育理念、德育模式、德育途径和德育内容进行创新。

The concept of scientific development is the theoretical innovation of the CPC in the process of building the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. It has presented a new task before the higher institutions. In the new period they should gain originality in the concept, model, approach and content of moral education against the new background of moral education in colleges under the instruction of the concept of scientific development.
