摘要
当代中国家族企业的繁衍,不仅有其伦理动因,而且有其现代价值,但历来存在分歧。这个分歧固然原因很多,但"概念表述的差异"和"评价标准的忽视"是影响其认识的主要因素。如果能够从这两个方面人手,再结合"‘现存价值’的论据"和"‘现存价值’的基础"的论证,或许有助于我们对家族主义作为家族企业的伦理动因是否具有现存价值的探讨。
The multiplication of China＇s family firms is due to both the ethic motives and modern values, which have diverged in history. There are many reasons for the differences, of which the major two are ＂difference in the formulation of the concept＂ and ＂neglect of the appraisal standard＂. Starting from the above two aspects with the elaboration of ＂the argument and basis of the existing value＂ might help to probe into the issue whether familism has its existing value from its ethic motives.
