摘要
SMW工法由日本成辛工业株式会社开发成功,是目前正在兴起的新型围护结构。与传统周护结构相比具有对周围环境地基影响小、高止水性、整体性强、造价低、工期短、对环境污染小等优越性。比常用的钻孔排桩的方法节省20~30%的造价,符合国家倡导的节能、环保的要求,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。滴水湖出海闸地基工程采用该方法处理后,防渗效果良好,沉降稳定,取得了良好的效果,获得了中国水利部优质工程结构(大禹)奖。
SMW process is developed by Asahi Chengxin Corp. It is new developing retaining and protection structure in Shanghai. It features little effect in ambient surrounding, high watertight, big integration, low price, short works period, and little environment pollution as compared with traditional retaining and protection structure. It can save cost of 20-30% comparing with usual pressed row of shoring piles. It comes up to energy saving and environment protection requirement of the state, and has social and economic benefit. By using this management, Di-shui Lake out-to-sea gate foundation project acquires better effect of antiseep and stability. As a result this technology won a prize of High Quality Engineering Structure (Da-Yu) issused by Chinese Water Conservancy Ministry.
