摘要 学分制作为一种先进的教学管理模式,具有能充分体现因材施教、促进学生个性发展、发挥学生学习主动性和积极性等特点,已在全国大部分高校实施。但在医学高等职业教育中如何依据自身办学特点做好学分制教学管理改革是一个值得探索的问题。 Credit system, an advanced reform of teaching management, which can fully Embody the characteristics of teaching students according to their apitude, promoting The development of the students'individual personality, bringing the students'study initiative into full play, has been carried out in most colleges and Universities in our country, But in the Medical vocational technological college teaching, how to do the teaching management reform of the credit system well is a problem worth exploring. We think the key to the carrying out of the credit system in medical vocational technological teaching is that we should have a set of practical teaching plan, complete and scientific curriculum, strict and cautious test and students'status management, qualified teaching staff, modern teaching equipment, and good teaching effect evaluation as well.
