政府层级管理体制改革是行政管理体制改革的重要组成部分。进一步推进我国政府层级管理体制改革,应重点从减少政府行政层级设置,优化政府间职责分工和组织结构,合理划分政府间管理权限三个方面展开,有所突破。

The reform of streamlining the hierarchical levels of Chinese government is an important part of administrative system reform. To push forward further the reform, it is necessary to streamline the hierarchical levels of Chinese government, to optimize the division of labor and organizational structure of government, and to divide rationally administrative extent of government.
