摘要
提出师生二元主体和谐发展论,目的是突破过去教育理论的局限性,倡导一种新型的师生关系、新型的教育理论,以实现大学教育教学理论的创新。这种理论认为,教育教学的目标是实现人的全面和谐发展,任务是促进学生个性的和谐发展,教育教学不是单向传授、单向掌握,应是师生共同劳动的结晶;师生应在引导与体验的互主体性活动中实现教学相长,在民主、合作、平等对话中得以共同发展。
Aiming at overcoming limitations of the old pedagogical theory, the theory of harmonious development of dual subject of teachers and students advocates a new kind of relationship between teachers and students in order to innovate the college teaching theories. This theory holds that the goal of teaching should be to realize the harmonious development in all-round way. The task is to promote the harmonious development of students'personality. Instead of one-way teaching and learning, education should be a result of collaboration between teachers and students. Both teachers and students make progress by learning from each other in the activity of guide and experience as well as develop each other together in the dialogue of democracy, cooperation, and equality.
