摘要
目的研究氟中毒对膝关节前交叉韧带蠕变的影响,为临床提供生物力学参数。方法复制氟中毒动物模型,取动物模型膝关节前交叉韧带进行蠕变实验。结果得出了对照组和实验组动物膝关节前交叉韧带蠕变数据和曲线。结论实验组膝关节前交叉韧带7200 s蠕变量显著低于对照组。
Objective We did research on the creep of knee joint anterior cruciate ligament on fluorosis, supply bioviscoelastic mechanics parameter with clinic. Methods We proceed creep experiment on knee joint anterior cruciate ligament of animal model with reproducing fluorosis animal model. Results We got out the data and curve of creep on knee joint anterior cruciate ligament between control group and experimental group. Conclusions The creep of knee joint anterior cruciate ligament with experimental group in 7 200 s is prominence less than control group.
