摘要
针对手工绘制的等径直交,异径斜交马鞍展开图误差大,实用性差的问题,为了提高设计效率和设计水平,利用Pro/ENGINEER的钣金模块创建特征模型和参数化技术对模型进行参数化,应用Pro/TOOLKIT函数和VisualC++编写二次开发程序和设计UI接口,实现了任意夹角、任意直径的直交马鞍和斜交马鞍的展开图设计,提高了生产质量和效率。
The spread-drawings of same diameter intersect pipes or different diameter intersect pipes drawing by hand have hig errors and are not good for use. In order to improve the efficiency and level of design, the Sheet metal mode of Pro/ENGINEER is used to create models and the models are parameterized with parametric technology, Functions from Pro/TOOLKIT and Visual C++ are used to code the secondary development program and to design the user interface. The realizing of spread drawing of voluntariness angle and voluntariness diameter of two intersect pipe improves production quality and efficiency.
