神经生长因子治疗职业性听力损伤的临床研究 被引量:3

Therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor on occupational hearing impairment

摘要 目的探索职业性听力损伤(occupational noise-induced heating injury)的有效治疗方法。方法将长期接触噪声、听阚明显下降的132名工人随机设立神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)组和对照组。NGF组采用基础治疗+NGF治疗。NGF治疗:冻干粉针NGF2000AU加1ml注射用水稀释,取翳风、完骨二穴,双耳隔日交替注射,28d为一疗程;基础治疗:5%GS+ATP+CoA+VitC,静脉注射,28d为一疗程,1次/d。对照组仅给予基础治疗。结果NGF组与对照组总有效率分别为69.7%、24.2%,NGF组疗效显著优于对照组(P〈0.01);接触噪声的时间越短疗效越好,其中3年以下、3.8年、8年以上的总有效率分别是100%、67.8%、47.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);患者年龄越小疗效越好,19.29岁、30—39岁、40岁以上总有效率分别是85.2%、62.5%、53.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);听力损伤程度越轻,疗效越好,其中高频听损与语频损伤的总有效率分别为81.8%、45.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论NGF治疗职业性听力损伤有较好的疗效。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on occupational noise-induced heating injury, Method One hundred and thirty two workers with occupational noise-induced heating injury were randomly divided into NGF and control groups. The control group only received basic treatment with adenosine triphosphate, coenzyme A, and vitamin C intravenously, in the NGF group NGF 2 000AU was also given by altemately point-injection between right and left ears at Yi-feng and Wan-gu points for 28 days besides the basic treatment. Result It was showed that the general efficiency rate in NGF group was 69.7 %, significantly higher than that of control group (24.2%, P 〈 0.01). The shorter the exposure to occupational noise, the better the therapeutic efficiency was, the general efficiency rates in the patients with exposed period within 3 years, 3-8 years and more than 8 years were 100%, 67.8% and 47.3% respectively (P 〈 0.01). And the therapeutic efficiency was better in the people with younger age and milder hearing injury as well, which were 85.2%, 62.5%, 53.3% in the patients with age 19-29 years, 30-39 years and more than 40 years respectively (P 〈 0.01). And 81.8%, 45.5% in patients only with high-frequency heating injury and those also with low frequency heating injury. Conclusion It is suggested that NGF point-injection has a definite therapeutic effect in occupational noise-induced heating injury.
