摘要
心理承受力的教育对于维护、促进学生的心理健康有认知、升华、整合三方面功能。心理承受力是一项牵涉到知、情、意、行四个方面的综合素质,各个成分之间相互影响、制约,因此承受力教育也应当是几方面协调并行的,不应有所偏废。心理承受力教育的基本宗旨是提高人格的开放性、接受性,为生活中的多种可能性做好心理上的准备。心理承受力教育是内在性、隐蔽性很强的教育,要通过专家讲座、座谈交流、自我教育等形式,最终落实在个体的主动学习上。
The education of the psychological endurance conformity to the safeguarding, promoting students' capacity has three functions of the cognition, sublime, psychological health. Psychological endurance capacity involves the integrative qualities of four aspects of the know, feeling, meaning, action, each ingredient influence and restrict each other, so the education of the psychological endurance capacity should be coordinated harmoniously, and should not neglect the other thing. The basic tenet of the education of the psychological endurance capacity is to improve the opening and acceptance, also make psychological preparations for many kinds of possibility in life. The psychological endurance capacity is an inherent, concealment education that should be carry out by the expert's lecture, have an informal discussion in forms such as exchanging, self-education, etc. Finally, the aim of the education is implement the individual initiative in study.
