生源质量、师资队伍、因材施教、教学条件等,是影响独立学院教学质量的制约因素。提高教学质量,要以办学特色为载体,深化教育教学改革,加强师资队伍建设;必须围绕教学过程,加强教学质量监控,狠抓学风建设,增加学生对独立学院的认同感;加大教学设施投入,改善办学条件。

So, to improve the teaching quality, we should regard characteristic of running a school as carriers, deepen the reform in education and teaching, strengthen the construction of the faculty; We must centre on the teaching course, strengthen the control and supervision of the teaching quality, run the construction of the style of study severely, cultivating the student＇s identification to the independent college, increase the input in teaching facility, improve the condition for running a school.
