以煤层气工程人才培养产学合作研讨会的建议为例,说明生产实践的发展需要高等教育提供智力支持,同时生产实践的发展又影响高等教育人才培养的目标、方向、专业设置、课程设置以及人才培养的数量、速度等内部因素,所以高等教育的发展既要与生产实践的需要相适应,又要适度超前,才能协调、和谐地相互促进发展。

With the Suggestion of the Seminar on the Cooperation of Produce and Study about the Cultivation of Coal-bed Methane Project Personnel as the Example, we can considered that the development of production practices needs higher education to offer the intellectual support; Meanwhile, the development of production practices influences the internal factors such as the goal, the setting of specialties and courses, the quantity of personnel cultivation of higher education at the same time. So the development of higher education should be suitable for the development of the production practices, even moderately advanced, they could develop coordinately and harmoniously each other.
