摘要
目的：探讨心理因素与消化系统癌症的关系。方法：使用症状自评量表（ＳｙｍｐｔｏｍｃｈｅｅｋＬｉｓｔ９０，简称ＳＣＬ９０），对４７例消化系统癌症患者及４１例健康者进行问卷测量。结果：癌症组的抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子得分均明显高于健康组。结论：消化系统癌症的发生发展与心理因素有关，特别与抑郁、焦虑和恐怖情绪有关。
Objective:To study the relationship between psychological factors and the cancer of digestive system.Methods:47 patients with cancer of digestive system and 42 healthy subjects were investigated with symptom cheek list 90(SCL 90).Results:Cancer patients received higher grade in depression,anxiety,phobias then controls.Conclusions:Cancer of digestive system is related with some psychological factors especially with depression,anxiety and phobias.
