摘要
研究了补充乳清蛋白对强化耐力训练期赛艇运动员免疫功能状态的影响。将13名男性赛艇运动员随机分成对照组和乳清蛋白组,分别给予安慰剂和乳清蛋白,进行1个月的耐力训练。于不同时间取血,测定T-淋巴细胞亚群、白细胞分类、血清蛋白及免疫球蛋白等免疫功能指标,结果显示:运动训练与补充乳清蛋白都能明显影响运动员免疫功能指标。在长期耐力训练以及急性运动后,对照组运动员的多项免疫功能指标出现异常或不良改变;而补充乳清蛋白组运动员的免疫功能指标基本保持正常,比对照组有明显改善,表明补充乳清蛋白有助于运动员防止运动训练引起的细胞免疫功能失衡,增加血清球蛋白的储备,减轻急性运动后的免疫应激反应;有助于运动员在运动训练期保持良好的免疫功能状态。
The potential immunomodulatory role of whey protein administration for rowing athletes in endurance training was studied. The thirteen male rowing athletes were randomly divided into control group and whey protein group. The intense endurance training was performed for a month and placebo and whey protein were separately administrated in control and whey protein groups. The blood samples were collected at different time. The immune system data,included CD4%,D8%,CD3%,WBC,LYMPH,NEUT,MONO,serum protein and immunoglobulin,were detected. The results showed that the immune parameters might be influenced by exercise training and whey protein supplementation. Some of the data became abnormal or had harmful changes in control group after intense endurance training and acute exercise but they were kept normal and had obvious improvement in whey protein group at same time. The findings indicated that whey protein supplementation for athletes during intense endurance training might prevent exercise-induced the unbalance of cell immune function,enhance the storage of serum globulin,and attenuate exercise-induced alterations of immune response and therefore whey protein supplementation showed to play a role in maintaining healthy immune system for athletes during and after exercise training.
