不同小间隙影响周围神经再生电生理的实验研究

摘要 利用周围神经具有的营养及趋化性,找出周围神经断裂后自行修复的最佳间隙。选用Wistar大白鼠40只随机分为4组。将其双侧坐骨神经切断并部分切除,实验侧分别留有3.0,5.0,7.0和10.0mm的间隙,用同种异体鼠的大血管分别套接坐骨神经的两端对照组神经切断后直接吻合。8周后行各组实验侧、对照侧活体坐骨神经电生理测定,通过神经干复合动作电位峰值(NAP)、振幅积分(NA-PA)评估周围神经再生情况。结果表明3.0,5.0mm小间隙神经再生最佳;7.0mm神经再生差;10.0mm神经再生更差。小间隙有利于周围神经再生,最佳间隙3.0~5.0mm。 Objective:According to the neurotrophism of peripheral nerve,the best gap of peripheal nerve regeneration after injury is found.Methods:40 Wistar rats wrer divided into 4 groups.In experiment group,the sciatiic nerve of rats were cut ,the stumps were cased within allogeneic artey and kept separate by a gap of 3.0 mm,5.0mm,7.0mm,10.0.The sciatic nerve of the control group were cut ,the two ends of sciatic nerve were immediately sutured.After 8 weeks ,5 rats in every group were taken randomly in 4 groups.The peripheral nerve regeneration was evaluated by NAP and NAPA.The results:The best nerve regeneration was 3.0, 5.0 mm small gap;7.0 mm was beneficial to the peripheral nerve regeneration,the best gap being 3.0 ,5.0 mm.
