摘要
采用标准κ-ε两湍流模型,假设出口边界增加一段虚拟的发展长度使流动充分发展,利用ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD对高压加热器蒸汽冷却段导流筒内的流体进行了三维数值模拟,获得了导流筒内高速区、涡流区和回流区域的流场数据,并得到了实际出口截面的流速分布,从而对经过导流筒进入壳体内部的流体流量的均匀性进行了分析。
With the two standard κ-ε models of turbulent flow, and an fictitious section imagined added at the outlet boundary of the jacketed flow distributor in the steam desuperheating section of high-pressure feed-water heaters, so that the flow may be assumed fully developed, by making use of ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD software, a 3-dimensional numerical model is built to simulate the fluid flow within the distributor, with which flow field data of the high-velocity region, as well as of the vortex and the backflow region, are obtained, together with the velocity distribution over the actual outlet' s cross section, and herewith the degree of uniformity of the flow leaving the distributor and entering the heater's shell is analyzed.
