摘要
在旋风熔融炉上,对焚烧飞灰进行热态熔融试验,用SEM研究了飞灰焚烧后的微观形貌,用XRD研究了矿物组成特性,用TCLP研究了浸出毒性。结果表明:在1400℃条件下,试样已完全玻璃化,熔渣多以无定形玻璃态物质为主,质地均匀,结构紧凑致密,表面平整且有光泽,且所有的物相均被破坏,较难辨认晶体类型,试样已达到较好的熔融效果;熔融产物中重金属浸出率明显降低,说明旋风熔融可有效地降低飞灰中重金属的浸出毒性,有利于用作飞灰的大规模无害化处理。
Hot state melting experiments of incinerator fly ash has been performed in a swirling melting furnace. The micro-appearance of incinerator fly ash was observed by scanning electron microanalysis (SEM), the mineral components analyzed with X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the leaching toxicity studied by toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP). Results show that samples completely vitrify at 1400℃ ; the slag mainly consisting of amorphous glassy matter; uniform and compact in structure, with a uniform and lustrous surface appearance, all phases broken up and types of crystalls concerned hard to distinguish. The samples have all attained a satisfactory molten condition. The leaching rate of heavy metals from the molten product has reduced noticebly, which means that the toxicity due to heavy metals can effectively be reduced by the swirl melting process and can thus be advantageously applied to detoxicating fly ash on a lage seale.
