桂枝茯苓丸对小鼠S_(180)肉瘤的生长抑制作用

Inhibitory Action of Guizhi Fuling Bolus on Sarcoma S_(180) in Mice

目的:研究桂枝茯苓丸对小鼠S180肉瘤的生长抑制作用。方法:制备荷瘤小鼠动物模型,桂枝茯苓丸和环磷酰胺分别灌胃,检测小鼠的体重、胸腺指数、脾指数、抑瘤率。结果:桂枝茯苓丸、环磷酰胺对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率分别为37%、41%,桂枝茯苓丸组荷瘤小鼠脾脏指数和胸腺指数明显高于环磷酰胺组和生理盐水组,但体重不降低。结论:桂枝茯苓丸具有抗肿瘤作用,其机制可能是通过增强小鼠的免疫调节功能来实现的。

Objective： Study the inhibitory action of Guizhi Fuling Bolus on sarcoma S180 in Mice. Methods ： The tumor -bearing mice model was established, then given to Guizhi Fuling Bolus and cyclophosphamide , ig. Detection the weight, thymus index and spleen index of mice and the inhibitory rate. Results ： The inhibitory rate of Guizhi Fuling Bolus and cyclophosphamide e was 37% and 41% ,the tumor- bearing mice＇s thymus index and spleen index with Guizhi Fuling Bolus was obviously higher than that with cyclophosphamide and NS, but the mice didn＇t loss the weight. Conclusion： Guizhi Fuling Bolus have an anti - tumor function, maybe the mechanism is strengthens the immunity regulates function of mice.
