摘要
目的:测定黄芪注射液浓缩液微乳微乳中黄芪总皂苷的含量。方法:将制得的含药微乳中先用超声破乳后,水浴蒸干,放冷去油相,上柱(AB-8树脂)去乳化剂,提取液在536nm波长处检测黄芪注射液浓缩液微乳。结果:线性浓度范围为0.0041456~0.041456mg/mL;黄芪总皂苷平均回收率为96.49%。结论:本法结果比较准确,可完全排除处方中其他组分对测定的干扰。
Objective: Determination of milkvetch root con - saponin contents in astragalus mongholicus injection con- centrated solution microemulsion. Methods : Supersound is used to destroy the microemulsion, then water - bath evaporation to dryness, chilling, degrease, de - emulsifier in AB - balsam. Extract is detected in 536nm wavelength. Results: A linear limit of 0. 0041456 - 0. 041456mg/mL . The average recovery of astragalus mongholicus con - saponin was 96%. Conclusion: A accurate method for determination of astragalus mongholicus injection concentrated solution microemulsion is established and all interferences can be eliminated.
