甘肃酒泉地区三种甘草的品质研究

The Study on Variety and Quality of Three Radixet Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in Jiuquan District of Gansu

目的:对甘肃酒泉地区分布的3种甘草进行品质研究。方法:文献考证、信访调查、实地采样;性状鉴定、显微特征对比、有效成分质量评价、市场前景分析。结果:甘肃酒泉地区分布的3种野生甘草中,乌拉尔甘草和黄甘草在原植物和药材性状上较相似,而胀果甘草与二者差别较大;三者显微特征有明显差异;以甘草酸、甘草苷为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱法得出:不同品种间有效成分含量不尽相同,同一品种不同产地有效成分含量差异较大。结论:本研究为甘草品质的规范化控制提供了一定的科学依据,为酒泉地区和甘肃省甘草资源的可持续开发与利用奠定了一定的理论基础。

Objective： To make a research on variety and quality of three Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in Jiuquan district of Gansu. Methods： Make textual researches on the existing documents, make inquiries about them, conduct practical samples,identify their conformation ,make comparative study on microcharacters ,make qualitative evaluation on effective compositions, and analyze their marketing prospect. Results： Among three wild Radix et Rhizoma Glyeyrrhizae of Jiuquan distret, there exist some similar characters in the origins and conformation and shape of Glyeyrrhiza uralensis Fiseh. And G. eurycarpa, but there has remarkable difference between G. glabra and the above two kinds of Radix et Rhizoma Glycy rrhizae. There exist obvious distinction in microcharacters among the three kinds of wild Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae; Taking glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin as an evaluation target and utilizing HPLC, conclusion：They have different effective composition content among the different varieties, and there are major contrasts for the same variety in different areas. Conclusion： The study provides some scientific foundation, and it lays theoretical bases for constant developing and utilizing Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in Jiuquan district and Gansu proince.
