摘要
目的:探讨针刺内关穴调节缓慢性心律失常的效应机理。方法:电针异搏定所致的缓慢性心律失常模型大鼠双侧"内关"穴,观察针刺前后心律(率)变化;用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法测定延髓中抑制性G蛋白(Gi)mRNA的相对含量。结果:针刺治疗组与模型组相比有显著变化(P<0.05)。结论:缓慢性心律失常可能和延髓中G蛋白基因表达障碍有关;G蛋白在针刺内关穴对心律失常的调节中有重要作用。
Objective :To explore mechanism of acupuncture Neiguan point to bradycardia regulation. Methods :Arrhythmia was induced with cordilox, and acupuncture two - side "Neiguan" by electro - acupuncture later. Observe the change cardiac rhythm and rate;The expression of G1mRNA in bulbus medullae was detected by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Results : Acupuncture treatment group has signifcent change compared with model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion :Arrhythmia probably related with G protein genetic in bulbus medullae expression disordering,which was very important to regulate arrhythmia by acupuncture Neiguan point.
