摘要
目的:考察处方因素对以乙基纤维素(EC)为骨架材料的人工麝香缓释片中药物释放的影响。方法:采用不同黏度级(EC10、EC20、EC45、EC100)及不同用量的EC制备人工麝香缓释片;并采用X-射线衍射方法进行固体分散物的物相分析,阐明麝香在EC中分散状态。结果:体外释放度试验结果表明,缓释效果与EC用量有主要关系,药物释放速率随着EC用量和黏度增加而减小,随着溶出介质pH值的增大而加快。结论:制备人工麝香缓释片应考虑选择合适的EC的用量。
Objective :To study the preparation on muscone release from Muschus Sustained - release Tablets in which ethylcellulose (EC) was used as the primary excipients. Methods :Muschus sustained -release tablets were prepared with different EC viscosity( EC10 ,EC20,EC45,EC100)and different EC content. X -ray powder diffraction was used to investigate the nature of the studied forms. Results : Prolongation of drug release was primarily associated with an increase in amount of ethlcellulose than the viscosity grade of ethlcellulose. Muschus release rate was decreased with the amount and viscosity grade of ethlcellulose increased. Conclusion : It is necessary to choose the proper quantity of EC in the preparation of sustained - release tablets of muschus.
