摘要
目的:观察参附(SF)注射液对链脲霉素诱导的1型糖尿病大鼠血清氧自由基及其抗氧化酶的影响。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠75只,随机留取15只为空白对照组,其余大鼠以链脲霉素诱导成糖尿病模型,随机选取25只为糖尿病组,25只为参附注射组,分别进行实验前后相关生化指标的检测的观察。结果:与模型组比较,参附注射组治疗组、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、过氧化脂质LPO均显著降低,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathion-peroxidase,GSH-px),全血超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性升高结论:参附注射液能有效地降低链脲霉素诱导的1型糖尿病大鼠的血清氧自由基水平,并能改善其抗氧化系统平衡的失调。
Objective : To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection of serum free radicals level and antioxidative functions and to study their effects in streptozotocin induced diabetes rats. Methods: 15rats were randomly selected from 75 male Wistar rats as normal control group . 25 rats were induced by streptozotocin into diabetic model as diabetes group. 25 rats were SF group. At the end of the experiment, the blood biochemical analysis were perfomed. Results: The activities of SOD,GSH- Px in SF group were obviously higher and the levels of serum LPO MDA were significant lower than those of diabetes group. Compared with normal control group, the levels of serum LPO MDA in diabetes group were highe and the levels of serum SOD ,GSH -Px were lower. Conclusion: The SF injection can decrease the level of free radicals in serum and balance the antioxidant system in diabetic rats.
