冬虫夏草精粉抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

Effect of Cordyceps Concentrated Powder on Tumor in Vivo

目的:研究冬虫夏草精粉的抑瘤作用及其机制。方法:以不同剂量冬虫夏草精粉腹腔注射H22肝癌小鼠,观察其肿瘤抑制率以及NK细胞、T淋巴细胞转化率的能力。结果:冬虫夏草精粉具有明显的抑瘤作用,可提高H22肿癌小鼠淋巴细胞增殖活力,增强NK细胞活性。结论:冬虫夏草精粉具有显著的抑瘤作用,其作用机制是通过提高荷瘤鼠机体免疫功能。

Objective： To investigate the antitumor activity and mechanism of Cordyceps concentrated powder. Method： Mice bearing hepatoma 22 （H22）tumor cells were administrated by intraperitoneal injection with different concentrations of Cordyceps concentrated powder. The inhibition rate of neoplasm growth was calculated. The conversion ratio of NK cells and T lymphocytes were examined. Results ： The antitumor activity of Cordyceps concentrated powder was significant. Cordyceps concentrated powder enhanced lymphocytic viability of mice bearing H22 tumor cells significantly. At the same time,the activity of NK cells were increased also. Conclusion： Cordyceps concentrated powder exhibited definitely antitumor activity in vivo. The antitumor mechanisms were dependent on the enhancement of immunity function.
