HPLC测定仙灵骨葆片中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariin in Xianlingubao Tablets by HPLC

目的:采用高效液相法测定仙灵骨葆片中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:用Kromasil(-C18柱,以乙腈-水(27.5:72.5)为流动相,波长λ=270nm检测。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.4116～1.2348μg内线性关系良好,r=0.9998。平均加样回收率为98.20%,RSD为1.21%。结论:本法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。

Objective ：To establish the determination of Icariin in Xianlingubao Tablets by HPLC. Methods ：A Kromasil - C18 Column was used. The mobile phase was CH3CN - water（27.5：72.5 ）. Icariin was determined by HPLC, wavelength = 270nm. Results ： The Liner range of Icariin was within 0.4116 - 1. 2348 μg, r = 0.9998, sample recovery was 98.20% ,RSD = 1.21%. Conclusion ：This method is simple,reliable and has good repeatability,It can be used for quality control of Xianlingubao tablets in production.
