摘要
Gr/6061Al复合材料表面镀覆双层金属,再进行黑色钝化处理,可以获得耐蚀性能及光学性质良好的膜层。成膜工艺包括:前处理→化学镀Ni-P合金→电镀Zn→黑色钝化处理→封孔→吹干。对各步工艺影响因素进行考察,得出理想的黑色处理膜工艺。SEM测试及表面形貌观察确定此工艺获得的黑色钝化膜具有很好的光学性能,膜层总厚度约30μm左右,XRD测试认为Gr/6061Al复合材料表面镀覆黑变膜层成分主要含有Ag-Zn、CrO3、Ag3N等物质,钝化过程使镀锌层与钝化液中的Ag+化合成合金,黑变膜表面存在少量CrO3。耐蚀性测试结果认定Gr/Al复合材料表面镀覆双层黑色钝化耐蚀膜腐蚀速率减小到裸试样的1/8。
The coating technology can improve material corrosion resistance, double layer metal coatings on the Gr/6061Al composite surface after black coating passiviation can obtain optimum corrosion resistance and optical properties. The optimum process is listed as follows: pretreatment → electroless plating Ni - P alloys→electrodeposition Zn → passiviation for black coating → closing → drying. The black coating thickness on Gr/6061Al composite surface is about 30 μm. The effect parameters are discussed in this paper, and SEM, EDS and XRD tests or corrosion resistance tests indicated that this coating has optimum optical property; its corrosion resistance is enhanced to 8 times than bare samples; the coating contents include Ag-Zn, CrO3, Ag3N, etc.
