四种重金属对刺参幼参的急性致毒效应 被引量:26

摘要 采用静水试验法,在水温18.5℃~20℃的条件下,用Cu^2+,Zn^2+,Cd^2+和Cr^6+四种重金属对刺参幼参进行了单一急性毒性试验。结果表明:Cu^2+对刺参幼参的24h,48h,72h和96hLC50分别为0.299,0.176,0.133和0.120mg,L;Zn^2+的24h,48h,72h和96hLC50分别为6.700,3.624,2.577和1.951mg/L;Cd^2+的24h,48h和72hLC50分别为4.246,2.588和2.137mgEL;Cr6*的24h,48h和72hLC50分别为31.974,7,499和3.808mg,L;Cu^2+,Zn^2+,Cd^2+和Cr^6+对刺参幼参的安全浓度分别为0.018,0.362,0.259和0.750mg/L。四种重金属对刺参幼参的毒性大小依次为Cu^2+〉Cd^2+〉Zn^2+〉Cr^6+。 The acute toxicity of Cu^2+, Zn^2+, Cd^2+ and Cr^6+ acting on sea cucumber (Apostichopusjaponicus) was determined in stilled water at the water temperature of 18.5℃ - 20℃. The result indicated that the LC50 of 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and Cu^2+ of 96 h to Apostichopusjaponicus juvenile were 0.299, 0.176, 0.133 and 0.120 mg/L respectively. The LC50 of 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and Zn^2+ of 96 h were 6.700, 3.624, 2.577 and 1.951 mg/L respectively. The LCsoof 24 h, 48 h and Cd^2+of 72 h were 4.246, 2.588 and 2.137 mg/L respectively. The LC50 of 24 h, 48 h and Cr^6+ of 72 h were 31.974, 7.499 and 3.808 mg/L respectively. The safe concentrations of Cu^2+, Zn^2+, Cd^2+ and Cr^6+ to Apostichopus japonicus juvenile were 0.018, 0.362, 0.259 and 0.750 mg/L respectively. The toxicity sequence of the four heavy metals to Apostichopus japonicus juveniles in a descent order ranged as Cu^2+ 〉 Cd^2+ 〉 Zn^2+ 〉 Cr^6+.
