摘要
针对装饰盖特有的椭圆形结构,在对其特性及成形工艺特点进行充分分析的基础上,制订了合理的工艺方案。设计了落料-冲孔-拉伸复合模及整形修边复合模,优化了工艺,提高了生产效率,生产出了合格零件。
Accroding to the oval structure of decorative cover, based on analysis of the part characteristics and forming process, the reasonable forming process program was enacted, the blanking-piercing-drawing compound die and sizing-trimming die were designed, optimized the forming process, improved the production efficiency, the product quality was good.
