摘要
在确定镀锌板耐指纹涂料主要组分为水性丙烯酸树脂、氨基树脂交联剂的基础上,采用模拟中性盐雾试验、5%NaCl盐水浸泡试验、沸水加速试验及电化学测试研究了超细SiO2微粉、锆盐、偶联剂等助剂对涂料性能及涂层质量的影响,并给出了各组分的合理用量:2.5%SiO2,1.5%锆盐,1%硅烷偶联剂(以上均为质量分数)。结果表明,镀锌板涂覆耐指纹涂料后具有优良的耐指纹、耐黑变等性能。
On the condition that water - boren acrylic resin and methylated melamine resin crosslinker as the main part, the effect of ultrafine silica dioxide powder, zirconate, coupling agent in chromate - free coating of fingerprint resistant were investigated on the quality of the coating. Suitable dosage of these substances were optimized;2. 5% SiO2,1.5% zirconete,1.0% coupling agent. The galvanized steel sheet had excellent performance of fingerprint resistant and anti -blackening by the coating.
