亚麻温敏型雄性不育系花蕾发育过程中内源激素的变化 被引量:10

摘要 利用间接酶联免疫(EL ISA)检测技术,测定了亚麻雄性不育系及可育系花蕾不同发育阶段生长素(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)以及赤霉素(GA3)等4种内源激素含量的动态变化,分析了两者间4种内源激素的平衡关系。结果表明:1)在花蕾的整个发育时期,不育系和可育系4种内源激素含量变化趋势差异明显,且含量高低明显不同。IAA和GA3含量的降低及ABA和ZR含量的提高可能与亚麻雄性不育的发生密切相关。2)IAA/ABA、IAA/ZR、IAA/GA3和GA3/ABA在两者间的变化趋势不一致,且大小差异很大。表明4种内源激素之间平衡关系受到破坏可能会影响到植物的正常生长发育。 The changes of the contents of IAA, ABA, ZR, GA3 were measured by ELISA (enzymelinked immunosorbent assay) to analyse the balanced relation of four endogenous phytohormones in various bud development stages of male sterility line and fertile lines in flax. The results showed that: 1) In male sterility line and its normal variety, the change of the phytohormones contents was obvious during the whole bud development stages in fertile and male sterile lines, and the hormone contents were significant different, indicating that the reduction of the contents of IAA and GA3 and the increase of the contents of ABA and ZR were associated with the occurrence of male-sterility. 2) The change of IAA/ ABA, IAA/ZR, IAA/GA3, GA3/ABA were inconsistent, and the discrepancy of them was significant, indicating that the breaks of the equilibrium relationship of these four endogenous phytohormones might affect plant normal growth.
