摘要
讨论了路面维修中应用的碎石化、冲击破碎碾压、裂缝破碎碾压3种刚性路面破碎类型,以及利用落锤弯沉仪进行的非破坏试验来表征实际的破碎路面特征,并以此作为路面维修设计的指标。同时讨论了这些方法在施工中的实践应用。结果表明:破碎技术并不是在所有的情况下都是最优方案,只有在设计准确的前提下才可以提供很好的路用性能。
This paper discusses three types of rigid pavement breaking used in pavement rehabilitation:stone breaking, impact breaking and compaction,and crack breaking rolling. The characterization of actual fractured pavement utilizing nondestructive testing by falling weigh deflectometer, as a part of pavement rehabilitation design is discussed. Practical experience in the construction of these techniques is also be discussed. While the fractured slab techniques have been demonstrated to provide good performance when properly designed, they don' t always represent the optimum pavement rehabilitation strategy.
