摘要
介绍了国外平地机采用电喷发动机变功率控制的原理、方法及其在节能方面的意义和作用;以Caterpillar、Volvo等平地机的变功率控制模式为例,从功率计算的角度讨论了变功率控制的设计思路。这一方法对中国工程机械合理使用电喷发动机、节能降耗具有重要的参考和研究价值。
The power-variable energy-saving control principle and method for electronic injection diesel engine of motor graders abroad are introduced. The power-variable control mode for Caterpillar and Volvo motor graders is demonstrated, and the design approach is discussed from the angle of power calculation. This energy-saving stategy is of considerable value for us to study and take as reference for construction machine designing.
