摘要
目的:从广藿香中提取挥发油,分析研究广藿香挥发油的主要化学成分.方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取广藿香中挥发油,用气质联用技术和标准图谱检索对照方法分离和鉴定各化学组分.结果:鉴定出了30个化学成分,占挥发油总量的46.93%.结论:主要成分为广藿香醇、广藿香酮,其他成分主要是烯类.
Objective: To extract the essential oil and analyze the main chemical constituents from Pogostemon cablin benth.. Method: to extract essential oil by steam distillation, the components were separated and identified by GC/MS and match with NIST library. Result: 30 constituents were identified, account- ing for 46.93% of the total of the essential oil. Conclusion: the main constituents are Potchoulialcohol, pogostone, others are mainly olelin.
