The Radio and Television Universities at different levels have formed their own teaching and learning models in the process of the Pilot Open Learning and Distance Education .Programme and Transformation of Models for Training Talented People, Therefore, there is a tendency for the transformation of the teaching and learning model in the distance education, However, we have to point out that effectiveness of the teaching and learning models will eventually be assessed by the learners.
