列宁与威尔逊民族自决思想差异之研究——从国际关系理论出发

Research on Differences between Lenin's and Wilson's Idea of National Self-determination——In the angle of International Relations Theories

民族自决思想历经多年理论和实践的发展,业已被国际社会认可,成为国际法的基本原则之一。然而,民族自决思想真正发挥意义深远的国际政治影响,可以说始于民族自决权的杰出倡导者——列宁和威尔逊。从国际关系理论视角来看,列宁和威尔逊关于民族自决思想之差异主要体现在国际关系思想传统、历史使命、实现方式、产生的国际政治影响以及适用范围五大方面。正确辨析和理解民族自决思想,对我国这一多民族国家来说,具有相当重要的现实价值和意义。

After many years＇development of theory and practice, National self-determination thought has been widely approved by international community and been a fundamental principle of international law. However, it could be said that exerting profound influence of international politics started from Lenin and Wilson paladin of idea of national self- determination. From the angle of international theories, differences of Lenin＇s and Wilson＇s mainly embody on fives aspects ： ideological tradition of international relations, historical mission, implementation mode, influence of international politics and its applicable scope. It would be quite important realistic value and meaning for our multinational state that discriminating and recognizing idea of national self- determination.
