CXCR4、HER-2在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及其相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究CXCR4和HER-2在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达情况及其相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测30例浆液性和粘液性卵巢癌、10例浆液性和粘液性卵巢囊腺瘤、5例卵巢癌盆腔腹膜转移灶及8例正常卵巢组织中CXCR4和HER-2的表达情况。结果:CXCR4在卵巢恶性肿瘤原发灶及转移灶中均呈高表达,阳性率分别为63.3%,80%,明显高于其在正常卵巢组织及卵巢良性肿瘤中的表达。HER-2在卵巢恶性肿瘤及转移灶中均呈高表达,阳性率分别为70%,80%,明显高于正常卵巢组织及卵巢良性肿瘤。CX-CR4、HER-2在卵巢囊腺癌中的表达呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。结论:CXCR4、HER-2在卵巢上皮性囊腺癌及转移灶中的阳性表达率较高,且两者的表达呈显著性正相关。提示了CXCR4、HER-2在上皮性卵巢囊腺癌的发生和转移中起着重要作用。 To detect the expression of HER -2 and CXCR4 in human ovary cancer and the relationship between them. Methods: Thirty cases with ovary cancer, 5 cases with benign epithelial tumor, 5 cases, with peritoneal metastasis and 4 cases with ovary normal tissues were investigated Immunohistochemestry was used to detect the expressions of HER -2 and CXCR4. Results: CXCR4 protein expressed positively in 63.3% ovary cancer, 80% in peritoneal metastasis~ The positive expressions of HER - 2 in ovary cancer was 70% , in peritoneal metastasis 80%. The expressions of these two proteins were correlated, ( P 〈0. 001 ). Conclusion: The expression of CXCR4 and HER - 2 increased in ovary cancer compared with the benign and normal cases, suggesting up - regulation of the two proteins may play a role in the pathogenesis and metastasis of human ovary cancer.
